No. Tapping the tag opens the check-in page in the phone’s browser. Nothing to install, nothing to update.
They register once (first name, last name, phone, graduation year, plus any fields you add) or sign in with their phone number. After that the phone remembers them and every check-in is one tap.
It looks for whichever event is live at that location: the scheduled window plus 60 minutes of grace on each side. Officers can force an event On or Off, or leave it on Auto. If two events overlap, members pick one.
Re-tapping the same hangout within 5 minutes is ignored, and each event can only be attended once. Members see a friendly “already checked in” screen, not an error.
No. Every check-in is mirrored to your existing Google Form and Sheet, with automatic retries until Google confirms. Your current workflow keeps working.
No. We import your existing members from a spreadsheet or CSV during setup.
Only your officers, each with their own login and optional two-factor authentication. Member data is only reachable through our server, never directly from the browser. There is no public admin sign-up, and lookups are rate limited.
